We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our medium-sized Early Years service located in the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high standards of care, education, compliance, and team engagement. You’ll lead with vision and empathy, nurturing both the learning environment for children and the professional growth of your educators. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, compliance, and licensing requirements Lead and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education Build strong, positive relationships with families, staff, and the local community Drive curriculum development and continuous improvement Manage enrolments, budgets, and centre resources effectively Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment What We’re Looking For: Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership or director role Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory compliance Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A genuine passion for early childhood education and team development Why Join Us?
